• Keep printer operation environment within 23+/-2oC and 60 ±5% RH

• Adjust parameters to ensure the uniformity of surface temperature

• Ensure printer heads are on good condition

• Ensure heating system of printer turns on before printing

• Keep face film temperature at 35oC -40oC consistently during printing

• Print some sample test before mass production while you have different
  batch number

• Place film horizontally in dry and clean area after printing. Do not touch
  face film till ink is dried completely

• Recommend operator handle face film with clean gloves to avoid scratching surface of film

• Repack remain rolls to original package after printing completed to avoid moisture and dust

• We strongly recommend that operator does not take next step until ink is dried completely
