Sign China 2009 was successfully held in China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex Second Phase Guangzhou China from 28 Feb to 3 Mar 2009. Thank you for visiting our booth A 458 in Hall 9.1 during the expo. There are more than 800 exhibitors in this show while the total exhibiting space is more than 50,000 sqm. The size of our booth this year is 67.5sqm which is bigger than that in 2008 (54sqm). It is our pleasure to meet more that 5,000 overseas visitors during the exhibiting hours.

1) Roll materials
DingFlexPE PE woven
PE woven is a kind of environmental friendly materials. It is light in weight and bio-degradable. It is suitable for UV printer at this moment. As we learn that some countries such as USA and Australia are going to restrict the import of PVC materials, we believe that our PE woven is the best substitution of banner materials.
2) Panel materials
DingPanel PVC foam laminated on honey core or PS foam
To reduce the weight of PVC foam, we are launching the new products - PVC foam laminated on Honey core or PS foam. Also, the edge can be wrapped. We will upload more details to our website later.
DingPanel Acrylic sheet
The price of raw materials is going down after Olympic games and financial crisis. Therefore, we are now able to supply acrylic sheet at a reasonable price. Please contact us for samples and latest quotation

PS foam board is now suitable for solvent printing and UV printing. The available thickness is 5mm and 10mm. Size is 1.22m x 2.44m
3) Equipments
DingTec Thermal thermal machine (Oil heating)
Oil heating thermal thermal machines are the best solution for transferring dye sublimation ink. The machines are equipped with oil heating drum which warm up the materials evenly. These machines are equipped with UPS which keep the carpet running after main power is switched off.
DingTec Thermal thermal machine (Electrical heating)
Electrical heating thermal machines are the economical solution for transferring dye sublimation ink. The machines are equipped with electrical heater which consumes less power. These machines are also equipped with UPS which keep the carpet running after main power is switched off.
DingTec Trimmer
New generation of trimmer is now available. It is suitable to slice paper, vinyl, rigid PVC, banner and flex. The maximum cutting thickness is 2mm . The available width is 970mm /36", 1270mm /48", 1520mm /60" and 1950mm /76".
Heat press machine
Professional heat press machine is available on site. The temperature can be increased to desirable temperature in a short interval. The timer will start counting automatically during heat pressing.
DingTec Cold laminators with heater (low temperature)
Cold laminator with new design is available. The machine is equipped with low temperature heater. The maximum temperature is 60°C ( 140°F ). The maximum laminating width is 1600mm . The maximum thickness of the laminating materials is 4mm .
