We were highly impressed with the attendance and activity of the show. Called by International Sign Association (ISA), 2009 International Sign Expo is “a resounding success”, noting that it was the best show ever, despite facing what are daunting economic odds.
The Expo included participants from 92 countries, proving it is truly a global event. Nearly 18,000 people met at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, to experience the latest in technology, educational offerings and networking opportunities. Eastsign also experienced and enjoyed the moments with our customers and friends, during the show, we launched our new 5M PE material, the e-Board, RCC.DPP series panel, the thermal transfer machine for dye sublimation ink, also, we have new trimmers are ready for the market, both manual and electric.
PE
New option for large format substrate is now available. DingflexPE PE woven is made of PE which is completely recyclable. It is excellent to replace non-recyclable PVC substrates. Due to the characteristics of low weight, it is easy to be mounted on large billboard, cut, heat seaming and set grommet. Moreover, it increases the loading efficiency. Around 860,000sqm can be loaded in 20FT container. Although it is light in weight, it is strong in tensile strength.
Panel
We develop revolutionary panel products for both solvent printing and UV printing. We laminate PVC foam or card boards on various materials such as honey core and XPS foam. The edges are perfectly wrapped which is suitable for outdoor application. This lamination process greatly reduces the weight and cost of panel without reducing the strength of the materials.
Transfer Machine
DingTec Thermal Transfer machines are either equipped with Oil heating and electrical heating systems. All machines are equipped with feed and take-up systems. Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is installed to keep machine working when there is power failure or operational fault.
Trimmer
We manufacture both manual and electrical DingTec trimmer. The manual one saves the expenses in capital investment when the electrical one improves the efficiency. The available width of the manual one is 970mm /36", 1270mm /48", 1520mm /60" and 1950mm /76" while that of the electrical one is 1520mm/60”, 1950mm/76” and 3200mm/124”.
