• It is compatible with solvent ink.

• Do not print by indoor printer or water-based ink

• Solvent ink may give glossy finish. If high resolution solvent ink is adopted,
  it enhances the glossy effect.
• Thickness of reflective banner is 0.44mm – 0.60mm. Adjust the height of
  printhead to avoid printhead strike.
• If heater is applied to dry the print, please adjust to optimal temperature and reduce the ink output to avoid bubbles. (Bubbles effect does not affect the reflectivity or print result)

• Dry the print after printing. Drying time depends on the ink output amount, resolution and humidity of the working environment.

• Do not touch the graphics after printing



• Rolls may deflect to right or left. Monitor the printing process and adjust the tension. Instructions of jointing:

• Jointing must carry out in flat and clean working area.

• It is compatible with instant glue or solvent-based adhesive. (methylbenzene is not advised because of toxicity and highly inflammability) The ratio of glue to thinner is 1:2. Do not paste with too much adhesive on
  the substrate so that the adhesive would not affect the printing result.

• Operation temperature should be around 7°C – 24°C degree Celsius. (Most
  optimum temperature is 10°C - 20°C)

• For temperate zone users, print with cold proof reflective banner

• Do not fold the substrate
