The MOT/BOT-H Series is our high-end rotary heat press with table for professional sublimation transfer, direct ink reactivation and lamination.
It handles both roll and piece materials, making it ideal for sportswear, fashion, flags, soft signage and home textile production.
With an oil-heated drum, advanced pneumatic tension control and a practical working table layout, MOT/BOT-H helps you run continuous jobs with consistent results and less rework.
Tell us your production width, fabric type and daily output, and our team will recommend a suitable MOT or BOT model for you.
1. 100% full oil drum: Surface heat treatment, non-Teflon coating.
2. The cylinder is heated by heating elements and hydrotreated mineral oil, with an extra oil tank to hold thermally expanding heating oil.
3. Blanket coverage at 70%.
4. Overheated alarm system(+10℃).
5. Controllable heating power output, 1~100%.
6. Carbon brush slip ring: ease of maintenance.
7. Precise temperature control.
8. The rated power of each model:

1. The rollers for unwinding or rewinding: 5 air expansion shafts and a one-inch roller.
Entry: One- or three-inch steel roller for roll fabric loading and manual biaxial tension bar control.
Exit: Air expansion shaft with disk brake with pneumatic adjustment.
Independent motor for rewinding, adjustable by JSCC speed controller.

5. NOMEX blanket with individual pneumatic tension control piston on both sides.
6. Pneumatic transfer pressure system provides more creativity for printing results.
7. Manual adjuster bolts on both sides for the felt tension rebalance.
The MOT-H Series is equipped with a standard working table of approx. 2 m in front of the drum, and printed fabrics are collected in front of the machine.
This layout is convenient for operators who mainly work with cut pieces, panels and small batches, allowing easy loading, inspection and unloading from the same side.
The BOT-H Series comes with a working table of approx. 1.2 m and printed fabric collection at the rear of the machine via conveyor belt.
The BOT-H series machine will be more user friendly for piece materials printing. This is more user-friendly for continuous piece printing and workflows where printed materials are transferred directly to a sewing or finishing area behind the machine.
Not sure which layout suits your space and workflow? Share a simple sketch of your workshop, and we can recommend MOT or BOT series accordingly.

MOT/BOT-H Series rotary heat presses are built for customers who need reliable, continuous production with both roll and piece materials. Typical applications include:
Sportswear and team jerseys – roll-to-roll printing for panels or finished garments on the working table.
Fashion and apparel – all-over prints, cut pieces and small batches that require frequent job changes.
Flags and soft signage – long runs on polyester fabric rolls for flags, banners and backdrops.
Home textiles – curtains, cushions, blankets and other décor products, using both roll fabric and cut pieces.
Promotional items and custom orders – flexibility to handle test runs, samples and mixed job types on the same machine.
If you are unsure whether your product is suitable for MOT/BOT-H, share your fabric and transfer paper details with us and we will help you evaluate.
Q1: What is the main difference between MOT-H and BOT-H?
A1: MOT-H has the working table and printed fabric collection in front of the machine, ideal for operators who mainly handle cut pieces and want to inspect prints directly. BOT-H has the table in front and printed fabric collection at the rear via conveyor, which is more convenient for continuous piece printing and lines where fabric moves to the back for sewing or further processing.
Q2: What materials can I run on this machine?
A2: MOT/BOT-H is designed primarily for polyester and polyester-blend fabrics used with sublimation transfer. It can also be used for direct ink reactivation and lamination on suitable substrates. Please share your fabric and paper details so we can confirm compatibility.
Q3: How do I choose the right drum size and working width?
A3: The choice depends on your maximum print width, daily production volume and available space. In general, larger drums provide longer contact time and higher production speed. Our team can recommend a suitable configuration based on your job types and expected output.
Q4: What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
A4: Please let us know your fabric type and width, transfer paper width and gsm, desired production speed, whether you mainly print rolls or pieces, and your workshop layout (if available). With this information, we can propose the right MOT/BOT-H model and optional configurations.
Q5: Can this machine work with my existing printer and workflow?
A5: Yes. MOT/BOT-H can be integrated with a wide range of digital printers. We will check your printer width, unwinding/rewinding direction and available space to suggest the best installation plan.
