Rubber and steel squeezing rollers with adjustable pressure
Control the pick-up of coating liquid by fine-tuning the squeezing pressure. This helps you balance coating amount, fabric hand feel and chemistry consumption.
Multi-zone heating with Teflon-coated oil drum
Three heating groups and a Teflon-coated drum provide stable and uniform drying. This helps improve coating fixation and reduce yellowing or over-drying issues.
Auto rewind with air expansion shaft
Automatic start/stop and air shaft winding make roll changing easier and help you build neat, tight fabric rolls ready for printing.
