The characteristics of heating system:
1. 100% full oil drum: Surface heat treatment, non-Teflon coating.
2. The cylinder is heated by heating elements and hydrotreated mineral oil, with an extra oil tank to hold thermally expanding heating oil.
3. Blanket coverage at 70%.
4. Overheated alarm system(+10℃).
5. Controllable heating power output, 1~100%.

The difference between the MOT-H and BOT-H series machines:
1. MOT-H series machine equipped with standard working table in length of 2m/47" and printed fabric collection in front of machine.
2. BOT-H series machine equipped with standard working table in length of 1.2m/78.7", and printed fabric collection at the rear of machine, delivered by conveyor belt.
3. The BOT-H series machine will be more user friendly for piece materials printing.

1. Touch-screen for operating parameters viewing and programming.
2. Blanket auto centering system, PLC control and parameters adjustable on touch screen.
3. Blanket off tracking alarm system.
4. Auto power on & off that control by PLC program and one key auto cooling and power off features.
5. Available for both roll and pieces materials printing.
6. The diameter of the roll printing materials can be 20~30cm.
7. Independent motor for conveyor belt, and the speed of it is synchronized with working speed and adjustable.

9. The machine runs at full power during the heating up procedure, it takes about 60 minutes. Then power consumption will stay at 70~80% during production.
